We will gladly accept the return of parts within thirty days of purchase for a refund. Returned products must meet the following criteria: must be manufacturer's original package and in new resaleable condition, include all parts, pieces & instruction manuals, and not be used, damaged, or incomplete. Electrical parts are non-refundable unless it is determined to have a manufacturer's defect. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we select and ship the incorrect part to you. There will be a 25 percent restocking fee. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Water Coolers and Drinking Fountains - We have a thirty day money back return policy. All water coolers and drinking fountains must meet the following criteria: must be in the manufacturer's original package and in new resealable condition, include all parts, pieces & instruction manuals, and not be used, damaged, or incomplete. We cannot accept models that have been installed. Also, per the manufacturer's policy, we cannot accept returns for water coolers or drinking fountains that have a Glass Filler, are Freeze-Resistant, or Non-Standard Color. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping back to the manufacturer. Returned water coolers must be shipped by freight to prevent damage to the cooling system. The manufacturer reserves the right to reject returned units once they receive them. There will be a 25 percent restocking fee.
